Shalibo Realty is a private real estate agency, based in Moshav Beit Zayit, near Jerusalem, Israel. Established in 1985 by Ovad Shalibo, our agency has created its respectable reputation as an agency which provides a professional and reliable service with a personal attitude, and which experts in selling and renting properties in Moshavim (villages) near Jerusalem.

Although we are only two realtors in the agency, our activity in the real estate business is intense and significant. Shalibo Realty has a large pool of different kinds of properties, mainly in Jerusalem and its suburbs, Mevasseret Zion and other locations. Our specialization is in Moshavim near Jerusalem. Our core business is selling and renting different real estate properties in the private sector, but even say that, we do not limit ourselves in the real estate world. We believe that the more we spread our familiarity with people and their variety of properties in different locations, the more we professionalize in giving the best service, which is one of our goals. Our vision is to become a leading power in the real estate business in Israel as experts of Moshavim.

Shalibo Realty is a private family business. There are two partners brokers, who are also the realtors themselves. Ovad Shalibo (Industrial engineer and management technician of Rupin Academic Center) has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate business. Starting as a builder of private projects, Ovad has developed and after 12 years he decided to explore the real estate marketing field. It didn't take much time and after working as an agent in Jerusalem, he opened his own agency in Moshav Beit Zait. After finishing his Academics his son, Meir Shalibo (MBA in finance and marketing, BA in International Relations, both in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem) joined him. Meir got his realtors` license in 1997. Meir is also a real estate appraisal. Together they run the business.
